Previously, she has worked with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s patients. Additionally, she has also worked as a quality assurance supervisor in the Healthcare field. Her career has been healthcare & patient-focused for over 18 years. Before launching her healthcare career, she worked for the FBI and TSA. Shannon loves hiking, swimming, camping, traveling, walking her dogs, and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
