This is a very professional and caring center. Chera, the Patient Liaison, picked up the phone right away and was so helpful and empathetic when I first contacted her. She was patient and showed sincere concern by following up with an email when I was unsure whether to proceed. With her help, I was able to schedule my intake interviews and paperwork easily and quickly. Then when I walked into the clinic, it was so welcoming and comfortable, I knew immediately I was in the right place. I was a little nervous, but now realize I didn’t need to be. The staff is there all along the way to be sure everything goes well. Like my neighbor who is an ER doc said, “people are used to having medicines being uncomfortable, but ketamine is a pleasant, unique way to wellness and peace.” I believe I’m on the right path to a happier lifestyle…and it all began with the friendly and caring demeanor of Chera when she answered that first phone call.
