I have dealt with the complications of Reflex Sympathetic Dystophy (RSD) for many years. I have now completed four visits to your center since August, 2017, and it’s just amazing how these treatments have improved the overall quality of my life. Thank you very much for providing a facility that someone like me can seek treatment for an ailment that appeared to have no cure and was at times, unaffected by prescription medications.
Additionally, I would not be where I am today if it were not for the wonderful staff at you Mesa, Arizona facility. Barbara and Chera, in the front office, have done a fantastic job with scheduling, billing, clerical and explaining the overall process of the center to me. Your nursing staff is very professional and has always made me feel at ease throughout my treatment process.
But there are two employees that I would like to commend for their overall professionalism, their incredible kindness and thoughtfulness towards my care during my treatment sessions and also answering any questions I have, since I come to my treatment sessions alone. Those employees are Jonathan (PA) and Jaime (Nurse).
I am looking forward to further treatments in the future as they are changing the way I look and feel about my life and future.
