I’m writing prior to my daughter’s treatment to say how wonderful the patient liaison, Chera, has been in setting up the treatments for my daughter. Right from our first call, Chera has been so empathetic and so very thorough in helping us to get authorized for the treatment to address my daughters’ chronic pain. She has been available to answer all my questions both via email and on the phone and has guided us through the intake process with patience, kindness, and great skill. She is the first person we have been in contact with at the clinic and based on this, we look ahead with great hope and anticipation to both the effectiveness of the treatment and the skill and emotional support from the staff.
