Brenda was born and raised in Colorado. As a native she attended and graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Marketing. During her time at the University of Denver, Brenda was actively involved in the University’s Wellness Living and Learning Community, which instilled in her the significance of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Ever since, Brenda aspires to motivate others to improve their quality of life and strives to assist patients in achieving their wellness goals. In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, writing and traveling.
