Message from the CEO
Ketamine Wellness Centers is growing every day as we help even more patients in need! July saw us relocate our corporate headquarters to a new Mesa location creating much-needed space for our support teams as we extend care into more states. Our Mesa clinic will also be moving to a great new location just a few convenient minutes away from our current space. We’ll be sharing all the details about this impressive new clinic well ahead of time. And more exciting news – in early October we are opening in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is our 11th clinic nationwide – stay tuned to learn more as we get closer.
It’s very clear ketamine infusion therapy is helping the unmet needs of thousands of folks around the country. What’s not so clear is how it is being handled by insurance companies. At Ketamine Wellness Centers we use patients’ in-network benefits whenever possible. Now we also provide extra assistance to patients making their own claims through superbills. Please note, if your superbill claim is denied, the KWC billing department is here to provide extra support, at no charge, when filing an appeal. We occasionally see insurance companies requiring additional documentation from outside providers or referrals, but we’ll work with you. Our goal is the same as yours – we want to get that claim approved! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need more information.
Also on the insurance front, Ketamine Wellness Centers is in-network with the veterans’ Community Care Network at our Chicago clinic and now, as of September 1st, with our Minnesota location. This plan creates more access to care for veterans and simply requires a referral from a VA physician or provider for mental health or pain conditions. We are working hard negotiating with the VA to bring this benefit to all our clinics.
As usual, we are moving and shaking. Stay tuned for more exciting news next month!
